Grill 37 will serve in a HAACP compliant manner, allergy sensitive, using sustainable fresh foods that change with the seasons. The recurring theme on our menu is FRESH! We do everything we can to bring you the freshest and as local a product as possible. All of our steaks are Certified Angus Beef and hand cut, in house. We take the time to make all of the soups, stocks, sauces, and dressings by hand, because we know, you can taste the difference. Nothing is processed or from a can. We take pride in every step of bringing you a delicious meal that you know is made with care with fresh and local products. All of this is set in a beautiful and historic country setting that is comfortable and welcoming to the diverse community of Northeast Connecticut.
